This Week - Our Elderly Friends Need Our Help!

Happy Monday Everyone! Here is who we can help this week:

This weekend we need to move Victor from his single apt to another in the same building (easy! Just a couple of hand truck loads and DONE!)

Let me know if you or someone you know can fix sweet Ellie's shed door (she has been waiting a long time!)

Patty is 85 and would like someone to take her to the YMCA on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8 or from 8-9 a.m. for her lap swimming class - are you taking a class then or would you like to drive her and just hang out and read while she is in class? (Her sched is a little flexible if those mornings don't work, but she likes her routine :)

And our friend Diane needs her shower head changed so that she can sit on her stool in the shower and use one attached to a hose - she uses a cup right now :/

Let me know if you can help our dear neighbors! Spread the word! Thank you :) Nina 546-4697

Moving and Gutters and More Oh My!

Happy Friday!
Remember the single mama who is taking in her grandma who was attacked and robbed? We helped her move her things into storage, and now she and her grandma have a place and need to move in! Can you help MONDAY after work or during the day? Let me know asap please :)
AND. . .
Carmen needs her gutter cleared out, and some totes brought up from the basement.
Ellie's shed door needs to be fixed.
Victor needs grab bars installed in his new apartment, and he needs to move next Saturday Nov. 3rd - just from his single apartment to another apartment in the same building (we love those moves! Easy Peasy.)
Please let me know if you can help any of these folks! And spread the word!
Thank you so much for helping our sweet neighbors. It means more to them than you could ever know :)

This week. . .

ALRIGHTY folks here we go!
Want to rake leaves for Sarah over on River Rd between Russell and Reserve?
How about helping with "take two" of Debbie and her Autistic grandson's move this Saturday?
Also, Jon can help Barbara with repairs around her trailer and just needs another pair of hands to help him - no skills required.
If you can help with any of these, or want in on our contest for a free bottle of the brand new upcoming 2012 Holiday All Souls Ale (all you do is buy a limited edition gorgeous women's t-shirt and help support Imagine Missoula!) then let me know! Nina 546-4697 :)

Grandmother Caring for Grandson with Autism and More

Hey wonderful volunteers! Three needs popped up for us to tackle:

Debbie is a grandmother with MS and other ailments who cares for her grandson with Autism who lives with her. They need to move THIS SATURDAY afternoon - we need a crew of 4 to 6 folks to help them. Imagine Missoula will cover the U-haul. Let me know ASAP if you can help them!

Fred and Carol are an elderly brother and sister whose landlord has requested that they clean their windows before Winter (I know, seems too late already :) Can you help them?

And Barbara owns her own trailer and has limited income. Her outside water faucet will not shut off. She needs someone who can replace it. She also has two screen doors that will not shut The wind will blow open the doors. Can someone help?

Let's keep supporting our neighbors who have no one else to help them!
Thank you,
Nina 546-4697
